All repeaters have a PL of 100hz and are open to all licensed amateurs.

Thanks for Another Great FCARC Corn Roast!

The weather was fantastic last Sunday for our annual FCARC Corn Roast at Sunset Park in Kimberly. The sun was out, the birds were chirping, and the FOX was hidden in a mosquito infested side trail! Thank you to all that helped with the event and a special thank you to Tim, KC9FSH for heading up the Fox Hunt!

FCARC Corn Roast

The FCARC Annual Corn Roast is set for August 22, 2010 at Sunset Park in Kimberly. We're going to be at the big shelter again! Bring a dish to pass and we'll bring the burgers, brats, and fresh sweet corn!

Testing Update

FCARC VE Testing

There were 8 candidates and all took the Technician test as a new license applicant.
7 of the 8 were successful.
We are near the end of the KC9SZ calls so if you hear a KC9SZ or KC9TA something call, congratulate them and welcome them to the world of Amateur radio.

The Antenna set up crew will meet at 8:00 AM this Saturday at the McDonalds on East College Avenue and Eisenhower Avenue (Just east of the College Ave exit on the Hwy 441 bypass.
